Our services supplier, ClubExpress, experienced a system outage this morning and service has been restored. There is also a scheduled maintenance planned for 12/19 from approximately midnight to 5am ET when the usgo.org site will be unavalable.
Here is a communication from ClubExpress about the outage:
You may have noticed that our website services were unavailable this morning.
This unscheduled downtime was unrelated to our scheduled maintenance that we previously mentioned in an earlier email. Our data center experienced a connectivity issue this morning which was fixed at approximately 8:30AM US Central time.
We apologize for any inconvenience and are very sorry about the downtime. Your data was safe and secure and this was not a security incident and was attributed to a hardware failure.
Our upcoming scheduled maintenance will prevent incidents like this from happening in the future.
We would again like to apologize and will keep you informed of any issues.
