248 Days and counting down!

There are just 248 days until we kick off the 41st US Go Congress! On one hand, that seems like a long time…but for the volunteers already working hard to make this a great congress it is just around the corner.
The web team is making progress on the web site to make an informative and valuable tool for planning how you will get to the congress and how you will spend your time playing Go, improving at Go, socializing with your Go friends (old and new), and experiencing a bit of Texas culture as well.
The registration team is digging into the details of our accommodation and meal options to make registration as simple and streamlined as possible. They are also building the team that will handle questions and exceptions as they arise.
Finally, how marketing team is putting together a plan to reach more Go players at all skill levels to drive attendance and make this an historical Go Congress. We will have flyers and promotional videos available as we get closer to opening up registration in early 2025.
Meanwhile, let your Go playing friends know about the congress, share your positive experiences with them, and encourage them to track this blog and the AGA (http://usgo.org) and Go Congress website (http://gocongress.org).
