About this event
Join the Atlanta Go Club for another AGA sanctioned tournament at local gem Wai's Gong Fu Tea House
Entry fee $20, we will provide lunch as part of the entry fee. All players must have an active AGA membership (not included with entry fee). Participants are responsible for registering an AGA account separately. For adults joining the AGA for the first time, our local chapter code NEWATLA gives a 50% discount on the first year's dues when entered during registration.
Tournament Format:
3 rounds, AGA rated
30 minutes main time + 5x 30 seconds byo-yomi
Handicap - 1
Swiss pairing
Schedule:
10-10:30am: Check in/registration
10:40am: Opening remarks
11am: Round 1 begins
12:40pm: Lunch (provided as part of entry fee)
1:30pm: Round 2 begins
3:30pm: Round 3 begins
5:30pm: Award ceremony
