Pre-Registration Steps
• You must be a member of the AGA to register. If you’re already a member, please login to your account by clicking the "Sign In" button at the top right of the page.
• If you are signing up as a family or group you can do it all under one registration account, non participants don’t need an AGA membership.
• If you reside outside the US (or are a non player) a complementary AGA account option is available, click the Join the AGA button and you can sign up for free.
• Each youth (17 and younger) will need to have an accompanying parent or guardian at the congress. Please register them under their own AGA account if they want to participate in the Open. Each youth also needs a signed Youth Agreement, which you can fill out during registration. The Youth Participants page will have more information.
• Note that anyone 22 and under gets a youth rate, but we only need forms for 17 and younger.
• You will book your tickets for the Awards Banquet on this form, make sure you don't miss it!
• Unfortunately our system doesn’t allow you to save your registration mid way and come back, so make sure you have everyone’s information before you begin registering. There is a list of everything required at the bottom of the page.
• The system does not like the “Back” button on your browser, please use the BLUE navigation buttons on each page. Questions marked with a RED DOT (•) means that entries are required.
• Once you submit your registration any changes will have to be submitted by email to registrar@gocongress.org. We are happy to assist! Don't hesitate to reach out.
Cancellation Policy
• Before June 1st, cancellation fee is $20.00.
• After June 1st, cancellation fee is $50.00.
