About this event

Join us to celebrate the life of Steve Bloom who ran the North Oakland Go Club. The tournament will be 3-rounds, Fischer time (20m + 15s inc). Event is held partly outdoors, so please dress in layers. This is the second ever tournament jointly hosted by the North Oakland Go Club & Telegraph Go Club.
Date: Sunday November 17th from 9:00am ~ 5:00pm
Location: Studio KDA in West Berkeley at 1810 Sixth St #2003, Berkeley, CA 94710 (map).
We’re going to be playing outside on the patio space so dress in layers, wear sunscreen, and bring a hat

Yes, please remember to dress in layers, put on sunscreen, and bring a hat!
Q. Will there be food?

We’re going to provide breakfast, snacks, & drinks. For lunch you can either head to nearby 4th street to buy some food, or bring your own (there will be a microwave).
Q. Do I need to be an AGA member to play

Yes, since this is an AGA rated tournament you must be an AGA member to participate. Sign up using the Telegraph Go chapter code (NEWTELE) to get a 50% discount.
