The 3-round, 1-day 2024 California U16 Girls & U16 Boys State Go Championship, is hosted by the San Diego Go Club. California residency, which includes students, required to win titles in all categories... but all are welcome to compete for other prizes.
No go professionals are eligible for prizes, but are allowed to play.
The 2024 California Girls Champion and the 2024 California Boys Champion with
be the best eligible girl and boy in the Open Section
Players must register by 11:59 pm Friday, 9/6 to play in first round.
On-site registration for rounds 2-3 allowed.
Entry fee is $10 for youth ($20 in Open) (Under 16-years-old on January 1, 2025). Pizza lunch is included in registration fee. Spectaotor lunch for $5.
Players must have a current AGA membership.
