Featuring an impressive showcase of talent and determination, the November 30th Tech Time 2024
Fall Tournament attracted a dozen strong players in the Open Division, five of them ranked 6-dan and above, as well as 16 enthusiastic competitors in the Handicap Division. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly 9-year-old Liam Liu’s spectacular performance in the Open Division. Demonstrating both skill and composure, young Liam delivered a flawless 4-0 record to claim the championship title. Among his victories were two remarkable wins against AGA 6-dan players Yutong Shao and Chao Xie, solidifying his place as a rising star in Go community. “Congratulations to Liam Liu and all the participants who made this event a memorable celebration of go!” says Danni Chen.
