New England Open attracts both players and sponsors

Nearly 60 players – ranging from 1P to 28K – are registered for the 3rd Go New England Open, taking place this weekend at the Westford Regency Inn & Conference Center in Westford, MA. Sign up here. Registration opens at 9a on Saturday, with the first round beginning at 10a. Pizza and Crazy Go with Terry Benson is at 6:30 after the third round. “The big news is that we have more sponsors this year than ever, with over a dozen,” reports Tournament Director Trevor Morris. Sponsors include the AGA, OGS, Tsumego Dragon, Yilun Yang, Guo Juan’s Internet School, Awesome Baduk, ZBaduk, Chris Sagner, Michael Chen, Baduk Pop, AI Sensei, Baduk Club and Eric Wainwright.
