San Diego club uses AGA chapter benefit to promote event

The San Diego Go Club is taking advantage of a new AGA chapter benefit by using the AGA-
created web page in ClubExpress to advertise the upcoming California State Go Championship.
The 2023 California State Go Championship will be on November 25 & 26 at the San Diego Chess Club in Balboa Park. Fifty-five players are already registered, with seven 6-dan and above players in the Open. Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. this Thursday, November 23, Thanksgiving.
AGA chapter websites are a free benefit for AGA chapters which allows chapter administrators to create chapter homepages or advertisements for go events. The new AGA software ClubExpress not only gives chapters the power to create websites under the familiar https://usgo.org URL, but also has provisions for chapters to have their own blogs.
