The annual Congress Tuneup tournament at the National Go Center fulfilled its promise of getting
players ready to play at next month's US Go Congress in Ohio. The top section with a round-robin of four 5D+ players was won by Ninghan Duan (7D). Ninghan was visiting from Miami where he is studying Biostatistics. Richard Duan (3D) won the second section with a 4-0 record, leading the 18-player field. Todd Heidenreich assisted as TD setting up the Leago tournament software with AGA President Gurujeet Khalsa.
