The American Go Association's livestreaming team will provide live coverage of the 49th
Canadian Go Open, taking place June 27–30 at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) in Toronto, Ontario.
One of North America's premier Go tournaments, the Canadian Open regularly attracts many of the continent's strongest players for four days of top-level competition. This year's event marks the 49th edition of the tournament and the field is expected to feature an impressive lineup of contenders, including Bill Lin 1P, winner of the most recent North American Professional Championship; Leo Tan, 2025 Canadian Open champion and past Redmond Cup winner; past Canadian Open champion Qiyou Wu, who will soon compete in the North American Pro Qualification Tournament; former Canadian Open champion Ivan Lo, a member of the team headed to the North American City League Finals; and Brady Zhang, a former North American representative at the prestigious Globis Cup.
The AGA's livestreaming team will feature live game broadcasts, commentary, and analysis throughout the weekend, bringing the action directly to viewers around the world.
