Schedule for 2026 U.S. Go Congress Takes Shape

Chris Garlock | Published on 3/23/2026

The schedule for the 2026 U.S. Go Congress is beginning to take shape, with an overview now available outlining when major tournaments, professional activities, and Youth Room programming will take place.

New this year is a drop-in warm-up tournament on the opening Saturday of Congress, which runs July 25-August 1 in Boston, MA. Players can play as few or as many games as they like, with professional players available in the afternoon to review games.

As previously reported, this year’s schedule has also been streamlined and simplified to help attendees make the most of their time at Congress.

Detailed schedule information—including room locations, lecture titles, and which pros will appear at specific events—will be available on attendees’ phones through the Yapp mobile app (pending). For more Congress info – and to register – click here.
NOTE: A discounted group rate for a limited number of attendees has been negotiated for the Congress venue. Click here to book now and take advantage of reduced pricing before the limited space in our discount block is sold out!
